Ella Beaumont

Ella Beaumont is an online fitness influencer, TV researcher and personal trainer in training. Always cheerful, she combines her passion and experience working as a TV researcher with her active and sporting lifestyle, to motivate people to keep fit and healthy in fun and engaging ways. During lockdown Ella developed a series of online Wheelchair Workouts providing no excuses for anyone not to get fit and have fun. Ella’s bubbly personality, positive outlook and can-do attitude is a testament to the lengths self-belief can take you.

Fitness Coach/Athlete

With extensive knowledge of sports and fitness, gained through her degree in sports science and disability from the University of Worcester, Ella is a life-long lover of all things sport, health and fitness. A wheelchair basketball coach, GB athlete and wheelchair workout trainer, plus currently studying to be a personal trainer, Ella has an impressive track record. Her most inspirational moments include carrying the Olympic torch in 2012 and representing Great Britain in the under 25’s wheelchair Basketball World Championships.

TV Sports Researcher

Securing a place on a Channel 4 television production scheme, Ella took a gap year from University to train as a media researcher. She has since completed a degree and gathered significant experience as a sports and TV researcher working with BT, BBC and Channel 4. She joined the Channel 4 television team at the Rio 2016 Paralympics as a sports researcher and has worked with high-profile athletes and celebrities providing essential information and research insights to presenters and commentators for televised events and films.

My YouTube Channel

Ella saw a gap in the market for fun and energetic workout videos aimed towards people with disabilities, so she decided to start her own youtube channel to inspire other people to stay fit. Since then she has amassed a following of more than a thousand subscribers and was nominated as a BBC Radio 1 Newsbeat Lockdown Hero, as well as appearing on the BBC’s The One Show.
